Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interview Igloo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Illinois, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration, and the parties shall share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrator
